Ilse no Techou: Aru Chousa Heidanin no Shuki Hange rides out alone to meet a titan sighted in adjacent forestland despite not having received approval from Commander Erwin Smith. She asks the titan countless questions and puts her life on the line for the sake of her studies, recklessly enticing it out. This titan's behavior, on the other hand, is out of the ordinary. It swiftly reverses direction and returns to the woods, directing Hange to a specified location. Hange discovers the heritage of Ilse Langnar, a former scout. Despite her death, she leaves behind a critical piece of information that could help change the tide.
