Himuro works in an office and is a member of a group of supernatural creatures with unusual abilities. When he is focused, he unintentionally submerges his hapless comrades in a realistic recreation of the Arctic. Even still, Himuro is a warm and considerate guy in contrast to his icy abilities. He enjoys both cats and flowers, but he is unable to get too close to either. Himuro has a special place for his coworker Fuyutsuki, a composed woman with a talent for offering straightforward solutions to his unusual difficulties. Himuro's heart becomes overwhelmed with feelings whenever Fuyutsuki does something kind for him, and as a result, he is blind to the raging snowstorm he is creating on the office floor. His wintry tantrums make Himuro's emotions clear, and everybody besides Fuyutsuki Himuro is willing to go to any lengths to win her heart, though, driven by his intense admiration and need.
