Hiraku Machio spent the last years of his life in a hospital bed, suffering from a terminal illness, till he passed away. Hiraku is reincarnated in a another universe where he can live as he pleases because a god decides to take pity on the unfair life he lived. He receives an all-in-one "Almighty Farming Tool" that he can convert into any practical tool he desires because he wants to practice farming in this new existence. Then, Hiraku is taken to a forest that appears to be far from human habitation. He intends to create and cultivate everything from scratch in this location, gradually transforming the barren landscape into a thriving new society.
