HLB stands for "Hero League of Baseball," and it is a baseball league founded by pro-heroes who enjoy baseball! It's game time! The final game of the HLB championship will be played between Gang Orca and Shishido's two rival agencies. To compete, they form a team ("Orcas" and "Lionels"). There are no rules in the world of HLB—using their Quirks is of course acceptable; however, just as the game is about to end, they are interrupted by a villain. Who will be the HLB winner?! Laughter is the best medicine! As if in hell, Deku, Bakugo, and Todoroki work as interns for the No.1 hero's agency, Endeavor. One of their current missions is to locate a villain ("Smiley") who draws doodles in the city.
